1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Foodplateflow website (https://foodplateflow.com) and any related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Foodplateflow does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected such data, please contact us at [email protected].

3. Usage Rights

Foodplateflow grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services without our express written consent. You may print or download content for personal use only, provided that you do not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or trademark notices. Any use beyond these limits requires a separate written agreement with Foodplateflow.

4. Content License

The content on Foodplateflow—including recipes, images, videos, and user‑generated contributions—is provided under a Creative Commons Attribution‑ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY‑SA 4.0). This means you may share, adapt, and build upon the content for any purpose, including commercial, as long as you give appropriate credit to Foodplateflow, provide a link to the license, and indicate any changes made. If you choose to use the content in a way that does not comply with the CC BY‑SA 4.0 terms, you must obtain a separate license from Foodplateflow.

Any user‑contributed content you submit is automatically granted Foodplateflow a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, host, modify, and distribute that content across all of our platforms and related services. You retain ownership of your contributions but waive any moral rights that could conflict with this license.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. Foodplateflow does not warrant that the Services will be error‑free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including recipes, nutritional information, or cooking instructions. All content is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, legal, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before acting on any information obtained from the Services.

6. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foodplateflow, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Foodplateflow does not guarantee that the Services will be free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and for any costs incurred from viruses or other malicious software.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the United States, and the venue shall be in the state of New York. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall be held in a single location. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any state or federal court in the United States. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States for any litigation or arbitration that cannot be resolved by arbitration.

8. Modifications and Termination

Foodplateflow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Contact Information

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements that apply to your use of the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Foodplateflow regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

13. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms by Foodplateflow shall be deemed a continuing waiver or constitute a waiver of any other provision. Any failure by Foodplateflow to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
